Andrew Brumhill makes successful representations at court

On the 2/10/2019 Mr Brumhill of our specialist motoring law department represented Ms B, a police officer, whom had not complied with the provisions of section 172 of the Road traffic act, that requires an individual to furnish the name and address of a keeper of a vehicle. In this case Ms B had suffered a family bereavement and the prosecution were invited to take a view as the notice was only 24 hours out of the time limit. Mr Brumhill was able to make successful representations to the Prosecution that to do thus was in the public interest.
