Noble Solicitors Andrew Brumhill triumphs in motoring case appeal

Mr H, had been unrepresented in relation to motoring offences that were before the Luton magistrates Court, the tribunal deciding to disqualify Mr H for a 6 month period as he accumulated 12 points on his license and the Court rejecting his submissions that to ban him would cause exceptional hardship.

Mr H instructed Mr Andrew Brumhill, of our dedicated and specialist motoring dept., whom was able to both lodge an immediate appeal to be listed before the Luton crown Court but also was able to get the 6 month ban suspended pending the hearing of that crown court appeal hearing.
