Martin Stagg

Martin is a senior member of the Practice Management team and works closely with the Managing Director Paul Millan and his fellow Directors in the overall management of Noble Solicitors and its day to day running and future planning.

He has been heavily involved in the firms growth from 2008 dealing with the acquisition and staffing of the six offices the firm has today.

Dealing with compliance matters and assisting the firms COLP to ensure standards are maintained in Lexcel and current SRA code of conduct form an integral part of his working day.

Martin also oversees all human recourses, recruitment and employment matters for staff as well as the companies facilities management, including building maintenance, IT and stationery.

With 25 years management experience Martin previously worked in retail and then the residential property market before joining Noble Solicitors in 2008.

In his spare time he is a keen football fan following both Premiership and local League two team.
