Summary:
I am a qualified Duty Solicitor and currently work in the Crown Court department at Noble Solicitors dealing with a full range of cases including allegations of Murder, rape and fraud. My experience as a Duty Solicitor lends itself to the day to day work I carry out in the Crown Court litigation team. I have been working for Noble Solicitors for over 10 years now and qualified as a solicitor in April 2014. As a Duty Solicitor I attend upon clients at the Magistrates Court and Police Stations for own clients as well as duty clients for representation. I have experience in dealing with both Adult and Youth Clients. I am a fluent speaker in Bengali and can understand both Urdu and Hindi.

I currently practice in the field of Criminal Law and presently I work in the Crown Court team and deal with a range of offences. I am also an experienced Duty Solicitor and worked on cases where plea and mitigation is required, case management, bail applications, mode of trial and the trial itself. Also during my training I gained experience in welfare benefits law and some private family law. I have drafted representations for appeal in relation to ESA claims and have a good success record. I have also attended Family Courts for divorce proceedings and child arrangements orders.
