Summary
Jackie has over 20 years of legal administrative experience working within the Childcare team and has supported a number of Childcare Panel Members and Solicitors whilst working at the firm over a number of years.
She is currently a caseworker in the Childcare department and mainly works in public law Children work (Care proceedings) cases.
She will assist with the daily case progression and client/third party correspondence with a particular focus on representing parents and children when the Local Authority becomes involved with a family, as well as interviewing clients, preparing applications to court, drafting written statements and organising bundles.
