Summary:
I am a Solicitor-Advocate with higher rights of audience in both civil and criminal proceedings.
I deal largely with landlord and tenant disputes, with a focus on possession proceedings; acting either for the landlord or the tenant. I enjoy the challenging and varied nature of this area of law.
I also regularly attend the family courts to represent in both public and private law proceedings.
I am a firm believer in the need for affordable access to Justice. As the late Lord Bingham said, “the inability of the poor litigant to access justice is the enemy of the rule of law”.

Criminal law, Debt and money advice, Landlord and tenant (residential), Prison Law, Welfare benefits, Family law.
