Expertise:

Mehwish has extensive experience within this area and has dealt with the resolution of a number of significant Human Rights cases. She has dealt with matters where individuals have been assaulted by the police, falsely imprisoned, and even prosecuted to be found not guilty. Mehwish has reached substantial settlements for claims against the police and Ministry of Defence. She has achieved compensation for her clients as well as having unlawful cautions removed and personal data removed from the Police National Computer. Mehwish also has substantive experience in representing the families of deceased’s at inquests.

She has experience in civil litigation relating to contractual matters for representing both Claimants and Defendants. She has dealt with dispute resolution in substantial litigation and mediation proceedings.

Personal: Mehwish is keen on jet-skiing and other water sports, as well as rock climbing.
