He has dealt with actions against public bodies for wrongful arrest, false imprisonment, misfeasance and malicious prosecution. Philip has handled complex judicial review cases as well as matter involving extradition issues. Additionally, he has acted on behalf of clients involving actions where individuals businesses have been detrimentally affected by actions of public bodies. He deals with high profile matters and cases noted in the press on a regular basis
Philip has previously gained a broad range of legal experience and working for a high profile prosecuting agency dealing with serious fraud matters as well as in – house and private practice dealing with high profile commercial litigation disputes.
