Philip has handled complex judicial review cases as well as matter involving extradition issues. Additionally, he has acted on behalf of clients involving actions where individuals businesses have been detrimentally affected by actions of public bodies. Philip has previously gained a broad range of legal experience and working for a high profile prosecuting agency dealing with serious fraud matters as well as in – house and private practice dealing with high profile commercial litigation disputes.
