I am a Solicitor and Supervisor in the Civil Actions Department. I deal with civil actions against the police and public authority cases. I deal with cases where wrongful arrest or conviction has resulted in serious losses, including loss of earnings or personal injury such as post traumatic stress. I have experience in dealing with cases where there are allegations of assault by the police. I also take action against prisons and other public authorities where clients have been neglected and have a particular interest in dealing with medical negligence by a public authority. I also have experience in professional negligence and commercial litigation.
