Admitted as a solicitor in May 1983 Joe has a wealth of experience as a matrimonial lawyer for the last 25 years. Joe has extensive experience in all aspects of relationship breakdown including complex issues arising from the joint ownership of property, emergency applications and injunctions both in relation to property disputes and in relation to children and domestic violence. Formerly a partner in a number of other local firms and before joining Nobles working in a specialist matrimonial practice in Bedford, Joe qualified as a mediator in 1999 with the Family Mediators Association and is an accredited specialist member of the Law Society Advanced Family Panel in the categories of Ancillary Relief and Children.

Joe previously sat on the Regional Legal Services Appeals Committee hearing appeals on the refusals to grant legal aid certificates.
