Summary:
I deal largely with Public Law Child Care Cases to include applications for Care, Supervision Orders and Secure Accommodation orders. Primarily I represent Children through their Guardians, but I also represent parents Grandparents and any other family members who are made parties to such proceedings. I am also instructed directly by Local Authorities in adoption proceedings and to provide independent advice to parties involved in Special Guardianship proceedings.
I’m also able to with Private Law proceedings involving Contact, Residence, Specific issue orders.
