I provide advice and representation in all criminal matters ranging from the simple summary only matters through to indictable only cases. I have expertise in Police station representation and Magistrates’ Court advocacy. I specialise in all aspects of the criminal law as well as knowledge and understanding of the prison law aspects of criminal proceedings. I can provide comprehensive advice and assistance with road traffic law. I also have experience in providing advice and advocacy at critical points during investigations and proceedings for the most serious of allegations such as rape and murder.
I appear in both the Magistrates’ Court and the police station on a daily basis.
