Summary:  Working with the Managing Director and other Directors in the overall management of the Practice and its day to day running.

Dealing with compliance matters to ensure standards are maintained in Lexcel, SRA code of conduct & SQM. All Human Recourses and employment matters for staff.

Supervision of Facilities Manager on day to day tasks, including building maintenance, IT, company fleet and stationery.
