Summary:
I graduated from Hertfordshire University in 2005 obtaining an LLB Hons Law Degree. I then worked as a paralegal for Tank Jowett Solicitors for a number of years to gain valuable experience in dealing with criminal cases. I then went to study the Legal Practice Course at Westminster University whereby I obtained a commendation grade.
I am the designated Magistrates Court Solicitor at our Wembley Criminal office. My work entails advising and representing clients at the Magistrates Court. I also prepare Magistrates Court case which would include:
1. Taking Clients instructions
2. Taking Proof of evidence and Comments on prosecution case
3. Arranging experts to provide reports i.e. psychiatrists or forensic experts
4. Arranging site visits / requesting CCTV footage (where possible)
