Summary: Afaya became an Accredited Police Station Representative in October 2008 and qualified as a Solicitor in March 2011.
On a day to day basis she represents clients before Magistrates’ Courts in and around London dealing with all aspects of criminal law. She also has a wealth of experience in working on Crown Court cases where many of her clients have been acquitted of serious charges including Kidnap, Blackmail, Violent Disorder and Armed Robbery.
In addition she frequently attends Police stations to represent detainees dealing with offences ranging from Murder to Road Traffic Offences.
