Violent Offender Orders
A Violent Offender Order (VOO) is a civil order to ensure and safeguard the public from "qualifying offenders" who are a current danger of "serious violent harm".
If you breach the terms of your VOO or do not comply with the notification requirement this offence can be punishable for up to 5 years imprisonment. Taking the seriousness of facing potential imprisonment you can feel confident and at ease that Noble Solicitors will defend you every step of the way.
