Debt & Asset Recovery

We provide practical advice for a wide range of businesses in relation to the recovery of debts and assets.

You can encourage your customers to pay on time. However, despite your best efforts some may still end up paying late or not paying at all. We can help you to recover the outstanding sums through cost-effective litigation. Effective debt recovery is essential for any business.

We provide advice and assistance in relation to the recovery of debts, such as; sending out letters before action, issuing claims, making applications for summary judgment, conducting defended actions and enforcing judgments.

We offer a fixed-fee debt recovery service for non-disputed claims. This means that you will not face any unexpected legal bills and it will allow you to calculate how much it will cost at each stage. Often many clients will pay upon receipt of our letter before action in order to avoid any court proceedings. If a defence is filed, or a part admission, we will then charge an hourly rate for the work done.

No matter the amount which you seek to recover, we can help you to recover it. Our fixed fees for non-disputed claims are based on the amount of debt or asset that you are seeking to recover. We offer a variety of cost-effective packages for large volumes of instructions which can be discussed on an individual basis.
