Noble Solicitors Family Lawyer Joseph Cox recognised by Law Society
The skills of a Bedfordshire lawyer have been recognised by the Law Society. Joseph Cox, family lawyer at Noble Solicitors, has gained Law Society accredited specialist status in the areas of Ancillary Relief and Children.
The Law Societies scheme is designed to help people who are facing family breakdown to make an informed choice when deciding which lawyer to appoint. To become Law Society accredited specialist, lawyers have to have passed a written test demonstrating a breadth of knowledge of these areas of family law.
Joseph Cox one of the few Luton Family Lawyers to achieve this specialist status. He comments “With the proposed changes to legal aid it is more important than ever for the public to be aware of which lawyers specialise and are properly accredited in an area that is fraught with financial and emotional implications arising from the family breakdown.”
In addition to law society accredited specialist status Joseph Cox is also a qualified Family Mediator and offers this service as an alternative to court proceedings, the more traditional and expensive route for which public funding is being cut.
The family team at Noble Solicitors are members of Resolution and are committed to encouraging a non-confrontational approach to resolving family disputes in a way that minimises the financial cost and the emotional conflict.
