With the changes to current sentencing practice you may find that you have received a custodial sentence which involves you having to have a hearing before a parole board to decide your release. Whether we dealt with your original matter or not, we have the necessary training and experience to provide legal advice and representation to assist with the parole process.

Should you find yourself in disciplinary difficulties with the prison authorities, we can also assist in advising you and representing you should your matter be referred to the independent adjudicator and you face receiving additional days to your sentence.

We can also assist with some of the other issues which occur whilst serving a sentence of imprisonment, such as assisting with challenges to your categorisation reviews; providing advice regarding transfers to other prisons or mediate with the prison regarding healthcare issues.
