Our housing advisors can help tenants or prospective tenants with your legal problems. We can represent you in proceedings at the County Court for possession or repossession of your home by lenders and landlords, as well as challenge applications for ASBO’s and injunctions.
We can advise you on housing disrepair cases, homelessness and re-housing applications, including challenging the local housing authority’s decision not to offer you housing.
If you have debt problems, we can represent you at the County Court and Magistrates Court for non payment of council tax or utility bills. We also offer advice on how to better manage your financial affairs, including dealing with:-
