If you find yourself convicted or sentenced for something from the Crown Court and you feel that you have grounds to appeal, or just wish to receive a second opinion we have an appeals department dedicated to taking on such matters whether we dealt with your original case or not.

We also look at ancillary orders made at the time of sentence, such as Sexual Offences Prevention Orders to see whether there are any grounds upon which they can be appealed such as if they are unlawful, or the necessary time period has passed and you wish to apply for it to be amended.
