We are proud that a number of our Trainee Solicitors who qualified moved on to become Duty Solicitors and many are now High Court Solicitor Advocates in both Criminal & Civil work.

Noble Solicitors appreciates one of the best ways a student can get an understanding of life in a Law Practice is to do work experience. Most of our own lawyers have at some point carried out work experience and advocate its importance in their studying days. It is also a very good way of learning more about us and deciding whether or not a career in law is right for you.
We traditionally run this type of scheme at Easter, Summer and sometimes over the Christmas period, that aside we also consider work experience applications at other times of the year too. You will appreciate that there is a high demand for this type of experience and sadly we cannot help everyone.
Trainee Solicitors / Training Contracts
The Training Contract is the last stage in the process of qualifying as a solicitor, this two year programme involves hands on work experience in a selection of seats within the Practice.
The two year period can be reduced by up to six months if you have carried out relevant work experience either within this or another Practice.
Upon successful completion of the Training Contract a Trainee Solicitor is deemed qualified and is able to seek admission to the Roll of Solicitors.
A large number of our own current solicitors have been trained in-house and have successfully completed their Training Contracts with Noble Solicitors.
Like many firms who offer training contracts, a high percentage of our trainees are already in employment as Caseworker/Paralegals in the firm. We always consider CV’s from those who have completed the Legal Practice Course and are looking to pursue a career in Law and become a Trainee Solicitor
